September 22, 2008 — The Financial Institutions Compliance Cooperative (FICC) has scheduled its second series of 2008 Regional Meetings during the month of October.
The purpose of the meetings is to increase communication between Bodman attorneys and FICC members and among the FICC members themselves. FICC members can click here for additional details concerning the meeting schedule and registration procedures.
The FICC is a legal cooperative open to all financial institutions with operations in Michigan. Bodman attorneys provide high-level research, analysis and advice on a range of regulatory and operational issues to the FICC as a whole, and the cost of those services is apportioned among all members. All members share in the work product produced on behalf of the FICC. Through FICC membership, even small community banks have access to the most sophisticated yet practical legal advice available in Michigan at a reasonable cost.
