May 28, 2008 — Bodman partner Alan Nathan Harris has served as co-editor in chief of Model Jury Instructions: Copyright, Trademark and Trade Dress Litigation, part of the Model Jury Instruction series published by the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section.
The new volume will be distributed to federal judges nationally for use in copyright, trademark and trade dress litigation.
