Anderson Authors Chapter on Current Trends in IP Protection and Enforcement

March 28, 2008 — Courtland W. Anderson, a partner in Bodman’s Troy office, has contributed a chapter to Intellectual Property Law 2008: Top Lawyers on Trends and Key Strategies for the Upcoming Year.

Anderson’s chapter, “Current Trends in Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement,” analyzes recent legislation affecting IP rights.

The book is part of Aspatore’s “Thought Leadership” series of guides targeted to C-level executives.
