Stephen L. Gutman Elected to Special Olympics Michigan Board of Directors

Stephen L. Gutman, a partner in the Detroit office, has been elected to the board of directors of Special Olympics Michigan, a nonprofit organization that provides year-round sports training and athletic competition for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
In his legal practice, Mr. Gutman represents closely held corporations and other business entities relative to domestic and foreign tax matters, retirement plans, contracts, acquisitions and mergers, estate planning, and tax litigation matters.
