Arbitration may be “the fastest growing method selected by parties to resolve their disputes.” Its popularity results, in part, from the perception that arbitration is a faster and more economical way to resolve international commercial disputes. This perception is not completely accurate, except, perhaps, in connection with the resolution of less complex disputes involving a continuing relationship.
