Following its relatively recent publication of the voluntary e-proxy rules governing the distribution of proxy materials to shareholders, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved additional amendments to the proxy rules that require issuers and other soliciting persons to make proxy materials available on the Internet.
