Bodman partner Edwin J. Lukas has been appointed Secretary of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
The Business Law Section is comprised of approximately 3,500 practitioners dedicated to fostering the highest quality of professionalism and practice in business law and enhancing the legislative and regulatory environment for transacting business in Michigan.
Lukas is a member of Bodman's Business Practice Group. He specializes in corporate commercial law, public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other complex business matters. He has represented companies in a host of industries in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and international transactions.
