Tracy L. Allen Facilitates Lipscomb University Health Care Symposium

Bodman partner Tracy L. Allen facilitated a health care symposium, "Conversations of Significance Series: Affordability & Accessibility of Post-Acute Care and Services," on Wednesday, September 23 at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee.
The symposium panel included Dr. Elaine Griffin, a nationally recognized expert in long-term health care issues and an Associate Provost and Professor of Business at Lipscomb University. Symposium guests included corporate CEOs, CFOs and other highly placed executives of large health care skilled nursing facilities and long-term care agencies.
Allen, who also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Lipscomb University, focuses her legal practice in the areas of international and national dispute resolution and conflict management as a neutral. She has conducted mediations and arbitrations both domestically and internationally, including complex and multi-party cases. Ms. Allen has mediated and arbitrated several disputes involving health care matters including licensing, physician privileges and insurance/regulatory matters.
