Biography
Ms. Mahoney is a member of the Business Practice Group. She represents clients involved in a variety of matters including corporate organizations, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions.
In law school, Ms. Mahoney served as Associate Editor of the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. She was also a member of the University of Detroit Mercy Moot Court Board and a Frank Murphy Honor Scholar.
