Ms. Williams is a member of the Business and Real Property Practice Groups. She represents clients involved in a variety of matters, including commercial contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and corporate organization. Ms. Williams also represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
While in law school, Ms. Williams was a member of the Women Law Students Association. She also participated in the Michigan Clinical Law Program, where she worked directly with low-income clients.
