Ms. Fagan represents clients involved in complex commercial litigation matters.
She has experience with labor and employment law matters, and has counseled clients on a variety of employment issues, including same-sex couples’ rights to employment benefits and the WARN Act.
In law school, Ms. Fagan served as a guardian ad litem in several cases involving child abuse and termination of parental rights.
