Mr. Scavone has represented banks and other financial institutions clients in a wide variety of complex, multi-million dollar secured loans and other financial arrangements involving real estate. Such financings include mortgage loans, land acquisition and development loans and construction financing for projects as diverse as shopping centers, apartment projects, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, residential developments, golf courses, ski resorts and gas stations. Mr. Scavone also has extensive experience with direct and syndicated mortgage warehousing lines of credit, and with commercial real estate loan workouts, foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
In addition to banking and finance matters, Mr. Scavone also has represented clients in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions, including purchases and sales of real estate for cash, on land contract, with seller financing or otherwise, involving real estate from single family homes to multi-million dollar commercial properties. He has handled numerous commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants, including leases of office, retail and manufacturing space, ground leases and subleases. He has also represented owners and developers in construction related matters.
