Mr. Jane practices general commercial litigation, focusing on construction law and construction litigation. He has a wide range of experience representing owners, contractors and subcontractors with respect to all aspects of construction litigation including liens, arbitration and contract disputes.
Mr. Jane is active in local construction industry associations and has served on the board of directors for the Washtenaw County Bar Association since 2003. He has served as president of the Young Lawyers of the Washtenaw County Bar Association from 2003-2005. Mr. Jane was also honored by the Federal Bar Association for Pro Bono service, which he has received on multiple occasions since 2002. He has also been listed as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers, under construction.
Mr. Jane received the Evans Scholarship to attend the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, which is a full scholarship awarded to golf caddies based on their academic achievements and civic contributions.
