Ms. Agree is a member of the Real Property and Business Practice Groups. She concentrates her real estate practice on commercial sales, leasing and financing, including securitized loans. She also counsels corporations and limited liability companies of all types in a wide range of business planning, operational and contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. In addition, she has formed and represents numerous nonprofit corporations, including organizations that are tax exempt under IRC 501(c)(3).
Ms. Agree has lectured and written on such topics as Michigan’s residential seller disclosure requirements, mortgage financing and nonprofit formation.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Agree served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen in the United States District Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
