Mr. Lango represents both public and private corporations on a variety of transactions with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and federal and state securities laws matters. He also advises corporate clients on general corporate matters on a day-to-day basis and participates in the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of agreements and contracts. He has represented a number of companies in the registration of securities under the Securities Act of 1933 and subsequent compliance reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
