Mr. White is a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He assists clients in intellectual property matters, which includes both transactional and litigation work in the areas of trademark, copyright, trade secret, and Internet law. In addition, Mr. White assists clients in all aspects of entertainment and media law related matters, which includes counseling regarding recording contracts, management agreements, music publishing, film financing, production agreements, contracts with authors for movie rights, screenwriter contracts, copyright and trademark protection and licensing, rights of publicity, merchandising, guild contracts, and leasing of real estate.
While in law school, Mr. White was a member of the Michigan State University College of Law Moot Court & Advocacy Board. In 2007, he was a regional finalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association Mock Trial Competition held in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. White also spent two semesters working in the Michigan State University College of Law Rental Housing Clinic, where he assisted low-income clients in real property and contract disputes.
