Ms. Davis represents lenders in commercial loan originations. She has experience in both asset-based and cash-flow lending as well as debt offerings and private placements.
Ms. Davis has represented borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of transactions, including multi-bank/multi-borrower loans, senior and mezzanine financings, secured and unsecured loans, and financings of acquisitions and mergers. She also has previous experience in bond transactions as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and corporate counsel for both taxable and tax-exempt bonds.
