Mr. LaBarge is a member of the Firm’s Banking and Real Property Law Practice Groups. His real estate practice includes the purchase, development and sale of real estate, leasing matters and real property tax appeals. Mr. LaBarge’s banking practice includes representing lenders in structuring, documenting and negotiating land development, construction and mortgage loans.
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. LaBarge is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining the Firm, he served as a senior associate with a major accounting firm specializing in international tax matters.
While in law school, Mr. LaBarge served as executive note & comment editor of the Wayne Law Review.
