Mr. Gourley is a member of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has experience in civil litigation matters including civil rights work, resolution of shareholder disputes, employment matters and intellectual property matters. He has completed the Mediator Training Program at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany.
In law school, Mr. Gourley served as mediation chair and coach of the 2004-2005 Moot Court Mediation Team. He also received the ACLU Defender of Liberty Award.
