Biography
Mr. Conboy specializes in the law of financial institutions, with particular emphasis on loan documentation and consumer credit law, regulation, compliance and bank operations.
Since 1976, Mr. Conboy has participated as a lecturer in numerous educational programs relating to financial institutions in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.
Mr. Conboy has published articles in Bank Compliance, the Michigan Bar Journal, and the Personal Finance Law Quarterly Report.
