Ms. Ben-Ze’ev concentrates her practice in all aspects of real property law, including complex purchase and sale transactions and lease negotiations, and in real estate finance transactions representing lenders and borrowers in construction and permanent financing. She has also represented commercial, industrial and residential developers before municipal authorities.
Ms. Ben-Ze’ev has more than 20 years of experience both in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel. Before joining the Firm, she was a partner in Strobl & Borda, P.C., company counsel for The Highland Companies, and an attorney in the Business Services Group of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, PLC.
