Biography
Mr. Kemp represents corporate clients in a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, other commercial transactions and corporate organization. Mr. Kemp has significant automotive industry expertise. He currently serves as Divisional Counsel to Lear Corporation’s Global Electrical and Electronics Division. In this capacity, Mr. Kemp is responsible for all legal issues in the division globally, including commercial, purchasing, and corporate development issues.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Kemp worked for McKinsey & Company where he designed growth and business development strategies for corporate clients.
