Mr. Reeves focuses his practice in construction law, which includes, among other areas, complex claims, construction defect litigation, design errors and omissions, contract development and negotiation, and project consulting. He has extensive experience representing owners, contractors, developers, builders, subcontractors, banks and other construction lenders, and sureties. He has broad arbitration and litigation experience, including appeals in state and federal courts.
Mr. Reeves serves as legal advisor to the Greater Detroit Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America. He is a member of the Southeast Michigan Chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors Association and is a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
Before joining the Firm, Mr. Reeves clerked for Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Dorothy Comstock Riley and served as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
