Ms. Eynon has significant expertise in the representation of secured creditors of both solvent and financially troubled or non-performing real estate development and manufacturing companies. Since 1998, she has served as outside general counsel to several entities engaged in the steel brokerage industry in the United States and Canada. Ms. Eynon also has many years of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in receivership actions, chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases and in adversary proceedings.
In law school, Ms. Eynon served as editor-in-chief of the Detroit College of Law Review. Before joining Bodman, Ms. Eynon completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. James R. Grube, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, N.D. California.
