Biography

Mr. Lukas is a member of the Business Practice Group. He specializes in corporate commercial law, public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other complex business matters. He has represented companies in a host of industries in connection with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and international transactions.

Before joining Bodman, Mr. Lukas was a partner in another major Detroit-based law firm. His experience includes working as an attorney in Ford Motor Company’s Office of the General Counsel and clerking for the Honorable Conrad L. Mallet, Jr. of the Michigan Supreme Court.
