Mr. Nowaczewski is a member of the Debtor-Creditor Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in a variety of commercial bankruptcy matters and debtor-creditor disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Nowaczewski served as president of the St. Thomas More Society and co-president of Amicus and the Federalist Society. He also served as a summer extern with the City of Chicago Department of Law, performing research on issues related to land use litigation.
Mr. Nowaczewski is conversant in Polish.
