Mr. Canine specializes in real estate and banking law. He represents corporate and financial institution clients in a variety of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, easements and lending.
Mr. Canine also represents financial institutions in single bank and multi bank loan originations, restructures, amendments and other transactions involving asset based lending, letters of credit, real estate, subordinated debt, accounts and inventory purchase and sale, aircraft, and securities accounts.
In law school, Mr. Canine participated in the Legal Assistance for Urban Communities Clinic, providing legal and technical assistance to Detroit community-based organizations predominantly involved in the development of affordable public housing.
