Ms. Goldberg counsels clients in a wide variety of business matters including construction, mass tort, insurance coverage, regulatory compliance, environmental and other matters. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage, construction and toxic tort matters. She manages mass-toxic tort asbestos cases throughout the State of Michigan for several clients. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in multi-party clean up cost recovery litigation in state and federal courts.
Ms. Goldberg performs due diligence and drafts agreement language related to corporate mergers and acquisitions. She assists financial institutions in the resolution of environmental law issues in complex commercial lending transactions. She also assists clients in complying with environmental regulations and responding to governmental regulators. She represents Potentially Responsible Parties in resolving regulatory agency cleanup demands at state and federal hazardous waste sites.
Ms. Goldberg is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
