Biography
Mr. Dine, who is also a certified public accountant, represents corporate, partnership, limited liability company, trust, foundation and individual clients in tax and general business and commercial matters. He regularly advises nonprofit and tax exempt organizations regarding obtaining and maintaining exempt status, corporate governance and general operational issues. Mr. Dine also represents financial institutions with structuring, negotiating and documenting federal and state tax credit transactions.
Mr. Dine is an officer of the National Association of Investors Corporation, an officer of Eagle Capital Growth Fund, Inc., an officer of the Mutual Investment Club of Detroit, and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
