Ms. Fulop specializes in corporate and real property law. She counsels established and emerging businesses on corporate organization, governance, financing, mergers, acquisitions, other corporate transactions and the purchase, sale and financing of real estate. She also advises businesses on a day-to-day basis in connection with general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Fulop clerked for the Hon. John W. Potter of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. In law school, Ms. Fulop was a quarterfinalist in oral argument at the American University First Amendment Moot Court Competition.
