Biography
Mr. Grunewald has represented railroads, public utilities and oil and gas companies in litigation for many years. He has handled a wide variety of issues for railroads, including abandonments, crossing accidents, trespasser cases, emotional distress and occupational disease cases. He has also represented railroad clients in Railway Labor Act cases, wrongful discharges, Longshore Act issues and injunctions to prevent work stoppages.
