Biography
Ms. Sujek assists clients in the intellectual property protection of their ideas and assets, including working with counsel in countries around the world to obtain broad trademark protection. Ms. Sujek advises clients regarding intellectual property issues arising in the workplace, such as non-competition and non-solicitation issues and ownership of intellectual property. Ms. Sujek also participates in litigation related to intellectual property topics.
